Guerilla Activists Paint “Cut Here” Scissors on Obsolete Dam

Anonymous activist artists recently painted a “cut here” scissor graphic on the obsolete 200 foot tall Matilija Dam near Ojai, California. As the Los Angeles Times reports, a coalition of environmentalists, surfers, fishermen, and government officials have been working for years to have the dam removed.
